Linda's Squash Casserole

2 C yellow squash, sliced
1 C onion, diced
1 C sour cream
2 C crushed cheese crackers
2 T butter

Butter a 2-quart casserole dish. Mix vegetables together with the sour cream and spread in dish.Melt 2 T butter and crush cheese crackers; mix together and sprinkle on top of squash. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serving Size: 4
