Ingredients:
2 C flour
2 C sugar
2 eggs
1/2 C oil
1 can 20 oz. crushed pineapple (all of it)
1 t soda
1 t cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and bake for 20 minutes in a 11 1/2" x 17 1/2" x 1" pan.
Frosting Ingredients:
1 stick margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 t vanilla
1 pound confectioner's sugar
crushed nuts to sprinkle on top
