Annie’s Cream Cheese Icing


Ingredients:
1 stick of margarine
1 8oz. package of cream cheese
1 box of powered sugar (sifted)
½ C of chopped nuts (optional)
½ t of vanilla

Directions:
Let margarine and cream cheese soften to room temperature. Cream well with mixer. Add powdered sugar and continue beating until creamy. Add vanilla and nuts. Spread on a cool cake.
