3 sticks of margarine
3 C of sugar
1 dash of salt
1 (8oz) cream cheese
6 large eggs
1 ½ t of vanilla
3 C of flour
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Cream margarine, cream cheese and sugar until light
and fluffy. Add salt and vanilla and beat well. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each addition.
Stir in flour and spoon into 10 inch tube pan that has been greased and floured or covered with wax paper.
Bake for 90 minutes (1 1/2 hours)
