Carthage Key Lime Cake and Frosting


Ingredients:
1 Box Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake
1 6 oz box of Lime Jello
¾ C Orange Juice
5 Eggs, Large or XL
1 ¼ C Wesson Oil

Directions:
Use a sifter to sift the cake mix twice. Add jello and stir together. Add orange juice and mix with mixer thoroughly. Add eggs one at a time, beat well after each egg. Gradually add the oil. Mix well after each time you add some oil. Pour mixture in 3 greased & floured cake pans. Cook at 350º for 15-20 minutes.

Key Lime Cake Icing

Ingredients:
1 8 oz package of Cream Cheese [not low calorie]
1 Stick of Butter [softened]
1 ½  Boxes Powdered Sugar
1 t of Vanilla

Directions:
Cream the butter and cream cheese together. Add vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat well after each addition. Frost the cake.
