Julie's Crockpot Pot Roast

Ingredients:
3-4 lb. beef roast 
1 chopped onion
1 washed and chopped carrot
6 new red potatoes, washed
1 envelope Lipton's onion soup 
Water to cover all


Directions:
Cook in crockpot on low all day.
