Crockpot Mac and Cheese


Ingredients:
1 8oz pkg. macaroni (cooked & drained)
2 T oil
1 13oz. can evaporated milk
1 t salt
1 can cheddar cheese soup
3 C grated sharp cheese (grate this yourself, not the pkg. grated)
1/4 C melted Margarine
2 T minced onion (optional)


Directions:
Pour oil over macaroni & mix in the pot you cooked it in, Grease Crock pot well. Mix all other ingredients with macaroni except 1/2 of the grated cheese. Pour into cooker and put remaining cheese on top. Cook 3 hrs. on Low
