Breakfast Kabobs

You can vary the ingredients by adding breakfast sausage pieces, or different fruits. We like to add kiwi at Christmas.

1 1/2 C cubed fresh pineapple 
1 papaya, pared and cubed 
1 C strawberries 
1 banana, peeled and sliced 
1 C strawberry or pineapple yogurt 
1/4 C flaked coconut 
2 T honey 
1 T lime juice 
10 skewers (6 inch) 

Alternately thread pineapple, papaya, strawberries and bananas on skewers. Combine yogurt, coconut, honey and lime juice and pass with kabobs to dip. Makes 5 servings.
