3 cloves garlic, minced
1 C packed cilantro leaves
zest of 2 limes
2 t cumin
1 1/2 t kosher salt
1 t black pepper
1 pound tilapia filets
1/4 C tequilla (I didn't have this ingredients so I added olive oil instead. I think orange juice would have
been good too.)
Pulse all ingredients except the fish in a food processor to chunky. Place fish and marinade in a baggie, seal
it and put it in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, turning half way through.
Grill or pan fry the fish for about 4 minutes per side, or until fish flakes nicely.
