1 pkg (about 1-1/4 lbs) chicken breast tenders
1/4 C flour
1 T water
1 C plain or Italian panko bread crumbs
1/2 C parmesan cheese
2 T butter, melted
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Place flour in a shallow dish. Coat chicken with flour. In another shallow dish, mix egg and water. Dip chicken in egg mixture. In a third shallow dish, mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip chicken in bread crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink and coating is golden brown. Serve with favorite dipping sauce, if desired.
