Ingredients:
400 Club crackers
100 ounce Brie cheese, each ounce cut into 4 thin wedges
A jar of Apricot or Strawberry preserves
1 C coarsely chopped pecans
Directions:
In shallow baking pan arrange Club crackers. Top crackers with thin cheese slices and preserves. Sprinkle with pecans.Bake, uncovered, at 375° F for 2 to 4 minutes or until preserves bubble and cheese begins to melt. Makes for 100
