Julie’s Chicken Stir-Fry


Ingredients:
Chicken strips
Green or red pepper
1 onion
margarine
soy sauce

Directions:
Cut up onion and pepper. Melt margarine in fry pan with onion and pepper. Sauté (cook slowly) until tender.
Add chicken strips (wash and cut off fat first; pat dry with paper towel). Add soy sauce to taste and cook until chicken strips are done (5 to 10 minutes). Serve over rice.
