Ingredients:
1 can white kernel corn
1 can cream corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. sour cream
Directions:
Mix together corn muffin mix, butter and sour cream. Add to the corn.Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
NOTE: You can use 2-3 pints of frozen corn in place of the canned corn.
