Ingredients:
1/2 C onions, chopped
1/3 C green pepper, chopped
1 T margarine
2 C sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 T flour
2 C cooked ham, cubed small
2 eggs, beaten
1 C whole milk
1 T parsley flakes
3/4 t seasoned salt (Lowry's)
1/4 t garlic salt
1/4 t pepper
1 Pillsbury Pie Crust
Directions:
Sauté onions and green pepper in margarine. Mix cheese and flour together and add ham and onion mix to cheese. Spread in bottom of pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into pie. Bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and set. (I baked mine for at least 45 minutes.) Serves 6.
