Julie's Easy Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

1 Box Butter Cake Mix
1 Small box Chocolate Instant Pudding
4 Eggs
1 8 oz. Sour Cream
1/4 CWater
1 C Oil
1 t Vanilla Extract
1 6 oz. Package of Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 325.Beat eggs until well combined. Mix first seven ingredients using electric mixer until well combined and then fold in the chocolate chips. Place in greased bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Frost with Chocolate Glaze, recipe follows. Easy and delicious!!

Chocolate Glaze
3 T cocoa
2 T melted butter
1 C 10X powdered sugar
2-3 T hot water
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix with spoon until smooth. Drizzle over cake.

Alternate Chocolate Frosting
½ C butter
1 C sugar
3 (1 oz.) square unsweetened chocolate
2/3 C evaporated milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 t vanilla extract

Melt butter and chocolate in microwave. Add sugar and milk. Beat with electric mixer. Gradually add in powdered sugar. When well combined, add vanilla and stir in.
