Sam's mom's name was really Wilma Lee, but she had many nicknames: Doobie, Goober, Ernnie. I'm not sure where she picked them all up, but she would answer to all of them. This is one of my favorite recipes that she made.
Ingredients:
1 pound Velvetta cheese
6 oz. cream cheese
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 chopped nuts
Chili powder
Directions:
Combine softened cheese and mix in garlic and nuts. Form into two large cheese balls and roll in chili powder. Serve with crackers. I usually freeze one ball.
