Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Crisps

Ingredients:
1 pint fresh strawberries, chopped
1 large banana, chopped
1 red delicious apple, chopped
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
1/4 C fresh lemon juice
1/4 C sugar
1/4 t ground nutmeg
1 1/4 t ground cinnamon, divided
4 (7 1/2 inch) flour tortillas
Pam
2 T sugar


Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Stir together lemon juice, 1/4 C sugar, nutmeg, and 1/2 t cinnamon; toss with fruit. Chill at least 1 hour. Cut each tortilla into eighths. Arrange pieces on baking sheets. Lightly coat with Pam. Combine remaining 3/4 t cinna mon and 2 T sugr. Sprinkle over tortilla chips. Bake at 350 for 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with fruit salsa. Note: Different fruits can be used in this recipe and Stacy's Cinnamon Chips can be substituted for the homemade chips.
