The ingredients lists below are for a small and a large cheeseball.
This makes a small cheeseball.
Ingredients:
1 8oz. package of cream cheese
½ T of pimento pepper
½ T of chopped onion
1 dash of salt
1 C of cheddar cheese (grated)
½ T of green pepper, minced
1 tn of Worcestershire sauce
1 dash of red pepper
½ C of finely chopped pecans
This makes a large cheeseball.
2 8oz. package of cream cheese
1 T of pimento pepper
1 Tof chopped onion
1 dash of salt
2 C of cheddar cheese (grated)
1 T of green pepper
2 t of Worcestershire sauce
1 dash of red pepper
½ C of finely chopped pecans
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for pecans. With wet hands, form into a ball and roll in pecans. Let cheese soften at room temperature before serving.
